About this event
Skills in Heels by Jasmine Renee was created in 2016 as a place for adults to take weekly personal time, build self confidence, workout and learn to dance, all while in heels. The movement has grown tremendously in 7 years time and we are excited for our classes with Paulette's Studio of Dance! Jasmine hopes to help you all find comfort in heels and explore pushing your overall dance ability! Wear whatever makes YOU comfortable. Heels are preferred, yet not mandatory. Preferably closed toe heels with adequate ankle support (Ie: Heeled Boots or booties, 2.5 inches in height or less and no pumps or wedges.) Be sure to bring Bottled Water, Knee Pads, and an Open Mind with a Work Hard Attitude! Group classes not enough? Private Heels sessions are available upon request.
