- ➤ Teamsters Local 20 donated hundreds of toys to WTOL 11’s Gift of Joy toy drive that has collected thousands of gifts for LCCS kids; community members have one week to support the drive. WTOL
- ➤ Toledo Edison crews are investigating power outages in Whitehouse and Swanton after the Anthony Wayne School District reported that Whitehouse Primary School remains without power (affecting about 5,000 customers) while other schools have restored power. WTVG
- ➤ The Lenawee County Department on Aging is calling for volunteer drivers to help deliver 1,300 meals a day to homebound seniors and senior centers. The recruitment is urgent as regular volunteers face health and family issues, and interested residents may call the department for flexible shifts. WTVG

- ➤ Toledo Museum of Art will close several galleries, including the Great Gallery, on Dec. 15 as part of a reinstallation project to upgrade its HVAC system and refresh gallery layouts. - ➤ West Centennial Drive will be closed Dec. 17 to Dec. 26 for cooling tower work on Memorial Field House, affecting access to Carlson Library and Thompson Student Union.
