- ➤ Oregon Fire and Rescue, Cenovus, and city council honored first responder and Clay High coach Derek Besgrove—who died in April—by funding a new mini ambulance named DB—44. The vehicle will be ordered from an Ohio company and used at local events to help provide immediate care. WTVG
- ➤ Two Dominican Sisters, aged 96 and 95, sew hats and quilts five days a week at their convent in central Ohio to donate handmade items to local shelters and families in need; they began this work during the COVID-19 pandemic and have delivered over 120 pieces to communities as far away as Arkansas—helping preserve dignity for those they serve.
