- ➤ After Executive Towers reversed its eviction orders, residents were allowed to remain during planned repairs even as issues like water damage and safety hazards persisted. At a community meeting, housing leaders and lawyers offered guidance but many tenants voiced frustration — worried that the repeated changes could leave them without secure housing. WTVG
- ➤ Mercy Health, SSOE + Seaway Marketplace will host their annual back-to-school event on August 8 at Seaway Marketplace at 1707 Cherry Street from noon to 3 p.m. The event will provide free backpacks loaded with school supplies, health screenings, and snacks to help local families and students prepare for the school year.
