Police said Wednesday morning that 46-year-old Lawrence Moore allegedly shot a female victim—in critical condition—in an apartment on the 1200 block of South Byrne before fatally shooting himself in an attempted murder-suicide.

A Lucas County grand jury indicted 16-year-old Michael Silvera on charges including aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, and felonious assault for the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Jaidon Mangas that occurred in a Congress Street alley in Toledo on Jan.
