ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • A crash closed the I-475 ramp to I-75 after the accident killed an adult man at the scene—police said.  WTVG

CRIME NEWS

  • Toledo police said a man was fatally shot around 4 a.m. Sunday in an alley near Page and Mulberry Streets in north Toledo—no suspect has been identified and a nearby building was cleared of involvement.  WTOL
  • Toledo families gathered to remember young victims lost to gun violence — many attendees held signs and displayed photos of loved ones during the event.  WTOL
  • Police said a person was shot and killed on Mulberry Street Sunday morning — no other details have been released.  WTVG

CULTURE NEWS

  • During the Juneteenth parade in Toledo, union members pushed for fair wages for janitors and cleaning workers—this event celebrated the end of slavery after the Civil War.  WTOL
  • The Sylvania Community Orchestra offers a young musician a chance to join the group—providing a unique playing experience that can strengthen college applications and resumés.  WTOL
