- ➤ Toledo officials declared Riverside Mobile Home Park unfit for human habitation after finding dangerous conditions from owner neglect, including structural decay, lack of water and sewer service, and hazardous electrical issues+ three occupied units received 30-day notices and city agencies plus the homelessness board are helping residents relocate before the property is remediated at the owner's expense. - ➤ Natalie founded Toledo’s Emotions Anonymous group, which meets each Thursday evening to help people improve their emotional health using the 12 Steps—members share their feelings confidentially.
