- ➤ Graduates Brayden Sadler, 18, of Grand Rapids and Jack Rowland, 18, of Perrysburg died in a crash involving off‑road vehicles less than 48 hours after graduation, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said. WTVG
- ➤ Two recent Otsego graduates—Brayden Sadler, 18 from Grand Rapids and Jack Rowland, 18 from Perrysburg—died early Saturday morning when their off-road vehicles collided head-on on Henry Lucas County Road in Providence Township, with alcohol reportedly a factor. WTVG

- ➤ On May 24, Jajuan Jones allegedly pistol whipped a woman and shot her brother in the thigh—police said he tried to intervene. WTVG
- ➤ Toledo police arrested Delvon Stone (33) who is accused of dousing the mother of his child in gasoline and lighting her on fire, an act that caused severe burns and led to charges of felonious assault and arson. WTVG
- ➤ A Toledo man is accused of setting a woman on fire—police are investigating the case with details pending. WTVG
- ➤ Toledo police say a man ended his pursuit by driving through lawns—he crashed into a car during the chase. WTVG
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ On Friday, Toledo officials declared Riverside Mobile Home Park unfit for human habitation after years of neglect led to unsanitary conditions and hazardous infrastructure — residents were given 30 days to vacate. The city worked with the police and Homelessness Board to assist with relocation and plans to restore the property at the owner's expense. WTOL
