- ➤ Zepf Center celebrated 10 years of its Safety Net runaway shelter at a backyard party Thursday, honoring staff who helped over 2,400 youth manage mental health. The center offers vital support and operates an outreach center (open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, noon to 4 p.m.) for local needs. WTVG
- ➤ Officer Michael Shaffer was honored on Wednesday after donating his kidney to OSHP Commander Matt Geer, who suffered kidney failure last fall — OSHP awarded him the Distinguished Service Medallion for his selfless act. WTVG
