- ➤ A 24-year-old Oregon man is facing charges including two counts of second-degree homicide after he allegedly crashed into Kaitlyn Ellison—a mom of three who was seven months pregnant—on U.S. 23 in Whiteford Township; Monroe County Sheriff’s officials said alcohol and speeding were factors and he was later booked on a $500,000 bond after fleeing on foot and being caught at a nearby Pilot gas station.
