- ➤ Today, Attorney General Dave Yost filed a motion to have the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System co-lead a securities class-action lawsuit against GSK — accused of hiding decades-old cancer risks in its heartburn drug Zantac that led to billions in investor losses.
