- ➤ After the death of 13-year-old Kei'Mani Latigue in a blighted east Toledo property nearly two weeks ago, community members have pushed for safe spaces where teens can grow and learn—self-ESTEAM, a nonprofit started in 2019 by five women, now offers free programs for young women of color ages 12 to 18.
