- ➤ Toledo police are investigating a fatal shooting on North Ontario Street after 35-year-old Kiree Gray was found with a gunshot wound to his right arm early Saturday; he was treated at Mercy Health—St. Vincent Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 4 a.m. and his death was ruled a homicide. - ➤ I-75 reopened after a woman was killed in a car crash, and police are looking for a suspect who fled into the woods near I-75 & Luna Pier in southeast Michigan when a gunshot was heard. WTOL

- ➤ The City of Toledo announced the 2025 schedules for Clean Toledo Recycling Events, Block-by-Block Neighborhood Cleanups and Free Landfill Disposal Days to help residents dispose of unwanted items. The Party for the Planet runs April 26 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 2 Hippo Way—other cleanups are set for April 19, May 17, June 8, June 14 and July 19 with landfill days on May 31, July 5, Sept 6 and Nov 29.
