- ➤ The Victory Center will hold its 17th annual Celebrity Wait Night fundraiser on Thursday, May 15 at The Pinnacle in Maumee to support local cancer patients and their families — doors open at 4:30 p.m. for VIP early access and 5:30 p.m. for general admission. The event will feature silent and live auctions, raffle prizes, an open bar and an international-themed dinner. WTOL
- ➤ The Latigue family and Brown Legacy Memorial announced they will host both a private and a public funeral service for Kei’mani so the community can pay their respects. They raised over $6,000—half of their goal—to cover funeral expenses and donate any extra funds to groups that reflected her caring life. WTVG
- ➤ Flip the Table will hold a clothing swap on Saturday, May 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 3136 Central Avenue where visitors can exchange gently worn women's clothes for a $2 fee + proceeds benefit local women’s shelters and unclaimed items go to Toledo Gospel Rescue Mission.
