  • On Saturday night, the Ohio National Guard identified Capt. Seth Koval, Capt. Curtis Angst and Tech. Sgt. Tyler Simmons who died during Operation Epic Fury while a windstorm hit Toledo Friday causing highway closures, power outages, fallen trees and flipped vehicles.  WTVG
