  • A Toledo resident is frustrated by a vacant Champlain Street property that has piled trash and rats that stop her from using her backyard. The owner, Matthew Boyer (inherited inadvertently after his dad’s death), has begun cleanup but the site is not yet up to code and may face fines.  WTVG
  • Acoustics for Autism, now in its 19th year, raised over $200,000 for Project iAm as thousands of local volunteers gathered—supporting families and strengthening community bonds.  WTOL
  • Lucas County Canine Care and Control will host a St. Pawtrick’s Day adoption event from March 15 to March 21 that lets adopters pick a coin to reveal a fee from $0 to $50 plus requires a $25 dog license. The offer applies only to dogs 5 months and older.  WTVG
