ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Water gushed from a frozen pipe in a downtown apartment on Jan. 30, causing water damage that led building management to begin repairs promptly. WTVG
- ➤ Water poured from a building door near Toledo School for the Arts at 14th and Adams early this morning and froze on the road; city crews arrived by 7:45 a.m. and shut off the water by 7:50 as they investigated the cause. WTOL
