An invigorating vinyasa flow touching on traditional sun salutations, warrior series, balance, backbends & ending with YIN stretches. This yummy hour for the soul will tap into the deepest part of your spirituality leaving you feeling sweaty, cleansed, and calm. You'll get both the benefits of YIN & YANG in this spiritually led flow suitable for all levels, ages, & bodies. Class will always begin with a 5 minute mediation and ends with a relaxation aromatherapy cranial sacral massage.
