Now that you have a foundation in the basics of lyra, you are ready to further your skill set, create sequences, and learn how to flow seamlessly between transitions in the moment. This class is focused on furthering your Lyra skill set as well as finding the intimacy between your mind, body and the movement they create. In this class you will have the opportunity to: - Learn and drill foundational and more advanced Lyra tricks - Learn Groundwork to Lyra - Find/ Improve Your Flow - Learn Specialized Sequencing - Get 1:1 Coaching on Style, Flair, & Creativity Direction - Feel Musicality in Motion - Connect with Yourself & Others Through Aerial Arts - Create a Personalized Routine For Yourself *This class is designed any student who is already equipped to mount & dismount the lyra independently and safely. What to bring to class: -Athletic Clothing that is form fitted (dress to your comfortability for moving & bending safely without restriction) -Water/ Water Bottle -Dry Hands (if applicable) -Any Goals or Ideas 💡
