The end of the semester and holiday season can bring stress. Take time to rest, recharge, and prepare for a successful end to the year and semester. Stop by and participate in self-care and wellness activities, refuel with healthy snacks, spend time with our therapy dogs, and relax in the massage chairs in the well-being room.
