Join us for a fun and engaging Mommy & Me Yoga class designed especially for preschoolers and their favorite grown-up. Through playful yoga poses, music, movement, breathing exercises, stories, and mindfulness activities, children and caregivers will strengthen their connection while building confidence, balance, coordination, and emotional awareness.
