About this event
Saturday mornings are for poling! Start your weekend right and join us for a fun high energy Pole Fitness Workout! You will start with a full-body warm up and conditioning before we move on to the pole for some tricks. Make sure to bring a pair of shorts, a tank top, and plenty of water! ***NOTE*** we are unable to accommodate large groups in this class. If you have a group of 5 or more, please inquire about our private parties.
