About this event

Discover the delicious world of wild fermentation! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to make two krauts from scratch—traditional kraut and a golden turmeric, ginger & black pepper kraut.

Learn the basics of salting by weight, packing your jar, monitoring your ferment, and confidently telling kahm yeast from mold. You’ll take both krauts home to continue their fermentation journey!

Jars and cabbage provided.
